Job Summary
Pro Experience Manager leads Pro XM initiatives within The Home Depot store leadership team, overseeing Pro-area operations, customer service standards, inventory management, and safe, on-time deliveries. Responsibilities include coaching associates on company policies and safety procedures, performing Manager on Duty duties per SOPs, collaborating with Store Leaders, Outside Sales, and Specialty Managers on Pro strategies, driving Pro customer flow, improving signups for Pro Xtra, and ensuring timely completion of Will Calls and Deliveries. The role requires effective talent acquisition input, KD training oversight, performance coaching, and adherence to timekeeping, safety guidelines, and store policies. Requirements include 1+ year of relevant leadership experience in retail operations and the ability to work a flexible schedule; minimum education is a high school diploma or GED. The position reports to the Specialty ASM or Pro ASM and is located at the Jericho store in the United States.
Required Qualifications
