Job Summary
Pro Experience Manager at The Home Depot leads the Pro area within the store, coordinating Pro customers, ensuring on-time deliveries, coaching associates on safety and customer service, and partnering with Store Leaders, Outside Sales, and Specialty Managers to shape Pro strategies. Responsibilities include service leadership to meet Pro customer needs, managing Pro department inventory and will-call deliveries, enforcing safety procedures and SOPs, and performing Manager on Duty duties with a focus on policy adherence and operational readiness. Requires experience in retail management, ability to coach and develop staff, and a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and delivering a superior customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations
- Minimum Education: high school diploma and/or GED
