Job Summary
Operate certified machinery in various work centers to produce parts meeting specified quality requirements while using gages and tools to monitor output. Perform minor adjustments, maintain continuous operations per schedules, and maximize machine efficiency and throughput by seeking assistance for equipment failures. Participate in problem-solving to implement solutions that increase productivity, provide cross-training to co-workers, and integrate temporary employees into duties. Record work activity data accurately, maintain a neat work area, and comply with all safety policies. Work the 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7am) at the Lititz, PA manufacturing site with a starting rate of $21.75 plus a $1.60 shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-2 years experience in a mechanical trade
- Proficiency in reading and writing English
- Ability to pass the Pro A qualification test
- Basic mathematical skills
- Basic problem solving skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Use of micrometer OR hand caliper
