Job Summary
Principal Logistics Management Analyst responsible for catalog ordering logistics tracking, COLTS database administration, and ensuring asset accountability across IBCS logistics operations. Leads data-driven processes for replenishment, demand management, and field service work orders; facilitates collaboration with government counterparts; develops training materials and user manuals; prepares presentations for program and customer leadership; supports predictive analysis of spare parts and inventory performance; and ensures compliance with COLTS, IUID, PIEE, and logistics policies while traveling ~50% to support field locations.
Required Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- Minimum 10 years experience with high school diploma/GED or 6 years with a Bachelor's or 4 years with a Masters in logistics, supply chain, or related field
- Experience as a database administrator for COLTS or similar logistics systems
- Experience with COLTS database and IUID compliance (preferred)
- Experience with PIEE and program management
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Power BI or similar)
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations to leadership
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Understanding of inventory management and asset accountability
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, demand management, data interchange systems
- Experience managing field service work orders and repair cycles
- Experience with CDRLs and government contracting requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required for government-cleared positions
- Experience coordinating with government counterparts
- Experience with predictive analytics in logistics
- Experience with asset visibility and logistics policy
- CEO/Program leadership interaction and status reporting
