Job Summary
Support clients through overnight programming and activities while monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs. Act as a liaison between clients and clinical staff, assisting with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation. Transport clients to meetings or appointments and provide crisis support with supervision. Maintain a safe, recovery-focused environment during structured rest periods. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to work overnight shifts. Clearances for PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and FBI fingerprinting are mandatory, along with CPR/First Aid certification. Preferred if you have 18+ months of lived experience in recovery.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, and FBI Fingerprinting clearances
- Willingness to complete drug screen
- Willingness to complete 2-Step TB test
- Willingness to complete CPR/First Aid
- 18+ months in recovery
