Job Summary
PRN Medical Assistant in a cancer-care clinic performing triage and support for treatment room RNs. Responsibilities include obtaining vital signs, venipuncture, accessing mediports, starting IVs as ordered, labeling and submitting lab specimens, cleaning and maintaining treatment rooms, assisting in triage and patient scheduling, and documenting appropriately. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program. Employment is part-time (PRN), with weekday operation, offering competitive wages, benefits, and holiday pay; wage visibility is electable by the candidate.
