Transport residents to and from appointments in a manner conducive to resident safety, assisting with loading and unloading from the vehicle. Escort residents to appointments if necessary and ensure all proper paperwork is given prior to leaving the facility. Demonstrate exceptional customer service while interacting effectively with residents, visitors, staff, and the broader health care community.
