Consult with the health care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans while monitoring specialized equipment and interpreting electronic displays for heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, blood oxygen levels, and electrocardiogram information. Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications, reporting adverse reactions per policy. Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the appropriate medical team member. Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments. Shift: Days.
