Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care plans while monitoring telemetry equipment for heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, blood oxygen, and ECG data. Prepare and administer prescribed medications, document adverse reactions, and identify irregular readings to notify the medical team immediately. Assist physicians during examinations and treatments using specialized electronic displays. Work nights as a Tele RN, consulting with healthcare team members to ensure continuous patient safety and accurate data interpretation.
