Job Summary
PRN Supervising Registered Nurse – Home Care in Fredericksburg, VA. responsibilities include conducting in-home client assessments, developing and reviewing plans of care, providing supervisory visits and clinical oversight, collaborating with agency leadership to ensure compliance with Virginia Home Care Organization regulations, and documenting assessments and supervisory visits accurately and timely. Requires active Virginia RN license in good standing; travel within Fredericksburg and surrounding counties; flexible scheduling; part-time PRN compensation (hourly or per-assessment). Preferred experience in home care/home health/hospice and familiarity with client assessments and care planning.
Required Qualifications
