Job Summary
Infusion Nurse role in physician-office infusion centers delivering IV therapies in infectious disease, GI, or allergy/asthma settings. Responsibilities include coordinating new patient admissions with nursing/business teams, accessing PICC lines to administer IV meds, preparing medications for infusion, educating patients and caregivers on infusion therapies, clinically monitoring treatment, communicating with practice staff and client services, and managing onsite nursing functions such as scheduling, charting, inventory, and follow-up coordination with physicians. Requires BSN or ADN with 2+ years RN experience; strong communication skills; ability to work independently and with corporate clinical team; active RN license and BLS; CRNI/VA-BC/OCN preferred. Competitive day-shift salary in a physician office-based infusion environment with autonomous, interdisciplinary teamwork and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- BSN or ADN
- 2+ years RN experience in clinical setting preferred
- Critical care or outpatient/homecare infusion experience preferred
- Recent IV administration and catheter management experience
- State Board of Nursing license active
- BLS certification
- CRNI/VA-BC/OCN preferred
