Job Summary
PRN Speech Pathologist in Inpatient Rehab and Acute Care Units at Munson Medical Center. Provide evaluation and treatment services to patients, accurately administer diagnostic tools, and maintain medical records in accordance with hospital guidelines. Collaborate within an Interdisciplinary team to improve processes and clinical treatments. Requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and Michigan licensure; vaccination per policy. Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Speech/Language Pathology
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech/Language Pathology
- State of Michigan Speech/Language Pathology Licensure
- Vaccination against Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella or approved exemption
- Flu vaccine annually or approved exemption
