Maintain accurate patient care records and report billing information for all patients on your personal case load. Provide direct patient care including evaluations, treatment planning, and clinical functions such as screenings and therapy delivery in accordance with facility and Therapy Management Corporation policies. Interpret treatment results, participate in patient care meetings, and coordinate with staff to carry out established treatment plans.
