PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at CommuniCare Rehab’s Healthcare Center in Kokomo, IN. Responsibilities include evaluating, reviewing, and screening resident medical charts; developing and directing rehabilitative treatment plans to address communication, swallowing, and cognitive issues; instructing residents, families, and caregivers in practice of skills, monitoring diets and safe swallowing techniques; attending interdisciplinary meetings and participating in family meetings/education; and treating residents across multiple locations as needed. Qualifications require a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and a valid or pending State SLP license.
