PRN Speech Language Pathologist SLP

Deliver in-home and facility-based speech-language pathology services, evaluate and treat disorders of speech, voice, language, hearing and swallowing, administer diagnostic tests, and prepare progress reports. Develop and review Plan of Treatment and Plan of Care; provide instruction on alternative communication systems; counsel patients, families, and healthcare staff; participate in care coordination and discharge planning; maintain confidentiality and detailed documentation. Requires minimum six months of experience as a speech therapist / speech language pathologist, and a valid driver\'s license with reliable transportation; home health experience preferred.
