PRN Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary
The PRN Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for scheduling, evaluating, and treating patients as assigned. The role involves developing outcome-oriented plans of care that include patient and family knowledge sharing, providing treatment based on the plan of care, and accurately maintaining patient documentation, including computerized records. The position requires licensure in Speech-Language Pathology and a CCC from the American Speech Hearing Association. Experience in NICU is strongly preferred, along with Basic Life Support certification.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in Speech-Language Pathology from the State of Kentucky
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from American Speech Hearing Association
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in NICU (Strongly preferred)
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification
