PRN Speech-Language Pathologist - Acute Care

Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient to facilitate return home or to next level of care, establishing timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs. Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, families, fellow clinicians, and hospital team members including physicians, case management, and nurses. Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital to support collaboration for evidence-based therapy when and where it is needed. Work PRN shifts consisting of two weekend day shifts per month, one major holiday, and one minor holiday.
