Job Summary
PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) delivering in-home speech-language pathology services in the East Cincinnati area. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, identifying needs, developing and implementing plans of care to improve speech-language function, administering therapy with specialized techniques/equipment, recommending communication devices, coordinating with physicians and care teams, participating in meetings, and documenting notes. May supervise a home health aide and provide training or education to patients, families, and other staff. Travel is required with mileage reimbursement; work setting includes on-the-road home visits and training at the local office, with some remote work options. Requires a master's or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology, state licensure (or equivalent practicum experience), CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and TB testing.
