PRN Skilled Nurses /RN & LPN Home Visits Flexible Per Visit Pay

Job Summary
Provide in-home skilled nursing visits on a PRN basis for RN and LPN, performing physician-ordered assessments, treatments, and medications in patients' homes. Responsibilities include completing visits, conducting assessments, carrying out ordered skilled tasks, educating patients and families on care plans and follow-up, documenting visits per agency and payer requirements, and communicating with the care team and physicians. Requirements include an active Maryland RN or LPN license, BLS/CPR certification, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, and strong clinical documentation skills. Home health or community-based nursing experience is preferred but not required. Per-visit compensation offered with flexible scheduling and autonomy in choosing cases near the clinician’s preferred service area.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Maryland RN or LPN license (compact license welcome)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Home health or community-based nursing experience preferred (but not required)
