PRN Skilled Nurses /RN & LPN Home Visits Flexible Per Visit Pay

Provide in-home skilled nursing visits for RN or LPN on a PRN basis in Maryland. Responsibilities include completing physician-ordered skilled nursing visits, performing assessments, administering treatments and medications, educating patients and families on care plans and follow-up, documenting visits per agency and payer requirements, and communicating with the care team and physicians. Requirements include active Maryland RN or LPN license (compact license welcome), current BLS/CPR certification, reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, strong clinical assessment and documentation skills; home health or community-based nursing experience preferred but not required. Per-visit pay ranges: RN $90–$100 per visit; LPN $55–$65 per visit. Flexible schedule, ability to accept visits that fit the employee’s pace, and work close to home in preferred service area.
