PRN Skilled Nurses /RN & LPN Home Visits Flexible Per Visit Pay

Job Summary
Provide in-home skilled nursing visits for RNs and LPNs on a PRN basis. Responsibilities include completing physician-ordered skilled nursing visits in patients' homes, performing assessments, administering treatments and medications, educating patients and families on care plans and follow-up, and documenting visits per agency and payer requirements. Coordinate with the care team and physicians, maintain strong documentation, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with autonomy and flexible scheduling near your service area. Per-visit pay ranges: RN $90–$100; LPN $55–$65; opportunity to work near home with steady case flow.
Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland RN or LPN license (compact license welcome)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Home health or community-based nursing experience preferred (but not required)
