PRN SANE RN providing trauma-informed forensic nursing care across multiple Missouri hospital settings within the BJC Central Staffing Office. Float/duties across Medical, Surgical, and Telemetry units with on-call opportunities; travel between BJC hospital entities; role emphasizes patient advocacy, collaborative decision-making, culturally sensitive care, and high-level nursing judgment. Includes a $15/hour float differential and eligibility for immediate 401(k) participation. Role supports float to up to 12 BJC hospitals and requires flexible, self-directed scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license with at least 1–2 years of acute care experience
- Completion of a 40-hour SANE training program required
- Willingness to travel between BJC hospital entities
- Ability to respond to on-call needs and adapt to changing care environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy, communication, and clinical judgment
