PRN RN

PRN RN sought for home health care. Responsible for direct and indirect nursing care of patients in the home, collaborating with patient, family, and health care team to develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care per agency policies. Duties include performing home health aide functions when needed, patient monitoring, ensuring privacy and dignity, on-call coverage, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, completing OASIS documentation and related Medicare-compliant forms, conducting comprehensive assessments, administering medications as ordered, providing patient teaching, and maintaining equipment and supplies. Requires current RN licensure, valid driver’s license, CPR within 30 days, and one year of home care nursing experience with preferred two years of nursing experience. Schedule includes part-time, home-based care across patient ages, with travel to patient homes and potential weekend/holiday shifts. Exposed to home environments and various clinical settings; strong communication, critical thinking, and ability to work under pressure are essential.
