Job Summary
Complete nursing history, initiate patient education, and implement care plans appropriate to diagnosis. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, resolve moderately complex issues without oversight, and evaluate care outcomes. Supervise LPNs, nursing assistants, and other support staff while participating in unit-based committees and quality improvement initiatives. Demonstrate competence in critical skills and precept employees or students as directed. Commit to working hours set by the Tier 1 agreement at Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville, Tennessee.
Required Qualifications
- Must be sufficient to meet the standards for achievement of the below indicated license and/or certification as required by the issuing authority
- Must have and maintain Tennessee State RN license
- New graduate, within first (1st) year of orientation
