PRN RN Main OR

PRN Registered Nurse in the Fort Wayne, IN area providing patient-centered care across the full nursing process. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, documenting findings, planning and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, assisting physicians during procedures, monitoring patient status, participating in life-saving interventions (CPR/code team), promoting patient safety and infection control, and educating patients and families. The role supports pre-, intra-, and post-operative OR nursing services (OR Services RN) with scrubbing in, maintaining sterile environments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes. Requires state RN licensure and BCLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP are preferred. Scheduling is part-time with day shifts.
