PRN RN Home Health

PRN RN Home Health role providing direct and indirect nursing care in patients' homes; collaborates with patient, family, and health care team as case manager to develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care according to agency policies; performs wide range of nursing duties, including basic patient care, patient safety, privacy, on-call responsibilities, and coordination of care across multidisciplinary teams; requires licensure/certification, valid driver’s license, CPR, and experience in home care nursing; duties include documentation (OASIS/SOC/ROC), adherence to Medicare guidelines, IV skills, medication administration, and ability to work with diverse age groups across home care settings; physical and environmental demands include lifting, shifting, and travel to patient homes, with a work environment in home settings and potential exposure to bodily fluids and other risks.
