PRN Respiratory Therapist II - Non-NICU @ Cobb Hospital

PRN Respiratory Therapist II provides medication administration and implementing respiratory care in a critical care setting, with ventilator management, arterial blood gas sampling and analysis, airway management, patient and family education, and collaboration with the health care team. Responsibilities include patient assessment and therapy planning, staff mentorship, adherence to policies, and participation in quality and safety initiatives, with focus on both patient care delivery and education of new employees and students. Requires NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS, and ACLS certifications and 0-2 years of clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care; Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy (bachelors preferred).
