Job Summary
Deliver care based on individualized service plans and assist residents with Activities of Daily Living including bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, mobility, and dining. Respond promptly to resident requests and call lights, observe changes in condition, and document all care as directed. Ensure personal care and service plans are implemented while assuring residents are treated with dignity and respect. Minimum age of 17 required; CNA or CENA certification preferred. PRN second shift part-time position with pay ranging from $15.50 to $21.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 17 years of age
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing
- Must be able to pass the state mandated criminal background screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist residents in all aspects of personal care
- Ability to handle emotional and physical demands of caregiving
Desired Qualifications
- Caregiving experience or certification preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Competency Evaluated Nursing Assistant (CENA), Home Health Aide
