PRN Renal Dietitian - SIGN ON BONUS

Job Summary
Conduct initial and ongoing nutrition assessments, develop individualized care plans, and update them in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Design and adjust nutrition interventions based on lab results and dialysis adequacy, while providing tailored education to patients and caregivers. Monitor progress monthly, participate in care conferences, and travel to assigned facilities for coverage. Maintain credentials and adhere to CMS regulations. Requires a Registered Dietitian with at least 12 months' clinical experience, state licensure, and Bachelor's degree. Minimum of two monthly shift pick-ups. Sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area
- Registered Dietitian with at least 12 months' clinical experience
- State licensure or certification
- Intermediate computer skills
- Proficiency with MS Word
- Proficiency with MS Excel
- Proficiency with MS Outlook
- Proficiency with Concerto specific applications within 60 days of employment
