Job Summary
Sanitize and organize therapy rooms and equipment, attend meetings as assigned by the Regional Manager, and assist with telehealth treatments. Support therapists with resident transport and activities while filing, scanning, printing, and performing other administrative duties. Communicate verbally and in writing with the rehabilitation team to help patients achieve optimal goals under the direction of a licensed therapist. Maintain visual acuity to perceive patient reactions and read instructions, while lifting and carrying equipment up to 50 lbs regularly. Provide quality, compassionate care in a secure setting with a team, including weekend work, at $19 hourly based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Healthcare Experience, preferably in Skilled Nursing
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to communicate in both verbally and in writing to members of the rehabilitation team
- Visual acuity to perceive patient reactions to treatment and to read instructions
- Able to lift and carry equipment, supplies and materials up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Must be able to work weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant is a plus
