Job Summary
Provide evidence-based pulmonary care and diagnostic testing in accordance with physician orders and protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining clear communication and building relationships to foster a collaborative environment. Take initiative for professional growth and actively seek ways to improve the patient experience. Maintain current Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardio Life Support certifications, with National Registry for Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within one year of hire. Hold a valid Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner license and be registered with the National Board for Respiratory Care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Current Advanced Cardio Life Support certification
- NRP, Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification (must obtain within 1 year of hire)
- Currently licensed in good standing as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by Texas Medical Board
- Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care

- At least 6 months respiratory care experience
