Job Summary
PRN Respiratory Therapist position with 12 hours per week at Methodist Midlothian Medical Center in DeSoto, TX; collaborates with multidisciplinary team to provide pulmonary care and diagnostic testing per physician orders; requires TX license and NBRC registration; BLS/ACLS; NRP and PALS within 1 year; 6 months' experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Current Advanced Cardio Life Support certification
- NRP, Pediatric Advanced Life Support — must obtain within 1 year of hire
- Currently licensed in good standing as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by Texas Medical Board
- Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care
- At least 6 months respiratory care experience
