Job Summary
The PRN Registered Nurse will provide direct nursing care within the Health Services Department and support medical operations for the inmate population in a correctional setting. Responsibilities include responding to medical needs and emergencies, maintaining professionalism and clinical standards, and following facility policies and security requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unincumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license from any state
- Three (3) or more years of nursing experience
- Ability to work effectively in a secure correctional environment
- Proof of Education and credentials
- The ability to pass a Federal Background check
Desired Qualifications
- Current Competencies/CE credits
- CPR/Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
