PRN Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgery/Bariatric

Perform the nursing process using evidence-based practice to deliver individualized, patient-centered care across the surgical and bariatric continuum. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, documentation, and teaching while partnering with patients and families to optimize outcomes. Lead performance improvement initiatives, research utilization, and shared governance activities to promote safe, quality care. Mentor preceptors and staff, develop clinical protocols, and proactively plan care across the continuum. Maintain current certifications including BLS, ACLS, and state licensure.
