Job Summary
Provide resident-centered nursing care in a PRN role within a long-term and short-term care setting; supervise STNAs, administer medications and treatments per physician orders, and ensure resident safety, sanitation, and comfort. Maintain accurate charting/documentation, collaborate with physicians on care plans, and communicate changes in condition to families and physicians. Participate in new staff orientation and deliver excellent service to residents, families, and coworkers. Must hold an active LPN or RN license in Ohio and CPR certification, with at least 1 year of experience in short-term rehab, hospital, or long-term care.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Short Term Rehabilitation, Hospital, or Long-Term Care
