Job Summary
PRN Registered Nurse (RN) for infusion care at IVX Health in the North Jersey market. Provide direct patient care and oversee on-site and virtual supervision during infusions and injections in outpatient infusion centers (Paramus and Edgewater). Conduct patient assessments, educate patients and families on treatment expectations and potential side effects, and ensure compliance with HIPAA/OSHA while maintaining accurate nursing documentation in the EHR. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, optimize workflows, assist with chart preparation and treatment planning, manage inventory and prior authorizations, and support operations as needed. Flexible per diem schedule across facilities within the designated market, with day shift availability Monday through Saturday and a mix of on-site responsibilities and remote coordination as required by the role.
Required Qualifications
- Active and Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred
- Clinical experience in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient clinic, or similar setting is a plus
- Strong IV and infusion therapy skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems and HIPAA/regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
