Job Summary
The PRN Registered Nurse (RN) at Healogics provides patient care primarily for Wound Care Center patients, managing intake and discharge processes and may serve as a Case Manager. Essential duties include performing initial nursing assessments, documenting care plans, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Applicants must hold an ADN with a current RN license, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and have basic knowledge of healthcare regulations. BLS certification and proficiency in nursing systems and Microsoft Office are required, with preference given for BSN and wound care experience.
