Job Summary
PRN Registered Nurse (RN) providing skilled nursing care in patients' homes in Hugo, OK. Responsibilities include conducting patient visits, developing and revising care plans under physician direction, delivering skilled nursing treatments, educating patients and caregivers, coordinating with the care team, maintaining documentation, and supporting discharge planning. Requires an active Oklahoma RN license, CPR certification (or obtainable within 60 days), reliable transportation, and ability to travel long distances with flexible Friday-Monday PRN scheduling. Experience in home health, critical care, or emergency care preferred; infection control and universal precautions practiced regularly. Works independently and as part of a coordinated team to improve patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
- Active RN license in the state of Oklahoma
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
- Ability to travel long distances and adapt to changing schedules
