Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans in home settings. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while maintaining accurate documentation. Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans collaboratively, and educate families on health management strategies. Respond promptly to emergency situations and uphold professional standards in a part-time role with flexible scheduling. Requires current Tennessee RN license, ADN or BSN, and minimum one year clinical experience. Travel increase applies if driving more than an hour.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other healthcare-related technology
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and environments within the homecare setting
