PRN Registered Nurse

Plan, direct, evaluate, and document all aspects of patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements and hospital policy. Assess patient needs to initiate, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans while maintaining continuity of care across shifts. Relate effectively with other shifts and departments to ensure satisfactory relations and support interdisciplinary efforts.
