Job Summary
RN oversees medical, psychiatric, substance abuse and nursing care for individuals served; serves as clinical liaison until enrollment in services at another facility. Administers medications, conducts assessments and treatment plans, provides counseling, collaborates with interdisciplinary team, and coordinates with outside medical/nursing support services. Requires excellent documentation, de-escalation skills, confidentiality (HIPAA), and ability to travel as needed. Rush to maintain compliance with regulations and credentials; two 12-hour night shifts per month, PRN/non-exempt, Peoria, AZ location. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse
- State specific RN license
