Job Summary
PRN Registered Nurse on the Medsurg unit at Mercy Carthage Hospital. Applies the nursing process to provide patient care, maintains professional accountability for the care of assigned patients, evaluates care effectiveness of direct caregivers, and coordinates patient care with other departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality in alignment with Mercy Service Standards. Includes sign-on bonus for experienced and new grads, relocation assistance up to $3,000, and comprehensive benefits (Day-One medical/dental/vision, PTO, retirement, shift differentials). Requires Nursing Degree from an accredited school and current RN license (state and/or compact) with BLS certification. Location: Carthage, MO, United States.
Required Qualifications
