Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in a home healthcare setting, administering medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed. Monitor vital signs, respiratory status, and overall health while performing G-tube feedings, managing tracheostomy care, and supporting ventilator needs. Educate families on care protocols and safety measures, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams. Adhere to infection control standards while working flexible PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends in Savannah, GA. Requires active RN license, 1-2 years pediatric experience, and BLS/CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum of 1-2 years of pediatric nursing experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable traveling within the Savannah, GA area
Desired Qualifications
- Home healthcare experience
- PALS certification
- Experience with tracheostomy care, ventilator management, seizure disorders, and G-tube feedings
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
