Job Summary
Provide comprehensive nursing care, including routine health needs and medical emergencies. Administer and document medications accurately, including controlled substances. Conduct timely health assessments and monitor vital signs, weight, mood, and behavior. Coordinate lab work and accompany residents to medical appointments. Communicate relevant medical information to parents, the Nursing Director, and Treatment Team. Collaborate with therapists and psychiatric providers to support treatment plans. Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate clinical documentation. Work on-site in Springville, UT, with options for 8 or 12-hour shifts any day of the week. Hourly pay ranges from $30.00 to $39.00.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN/LPN License
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Experience working in a behavioral health setting
- Experience with adolescents
- Strong clinical skills including assessments, medication management, and monitoring vitals
- Valid driver's license
- ability to pass a background check
