PRN - Registered Dietitian

Plan, organize, develop, and direct the nutritional care of residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility. Collaborate with others to ensure daily delivery of quality nutritional services and act as a resource to the Director of Dining Services to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary dining environment. While not a supervisory role, the dietitian has authority to train employees on proper techniques as needed and performs other duties as required.
