PRN Radiology Technologist Days

Job Summary
Performs radiologic procedures including x-rays and CT scans under direct supervision, assisting physicians and charge nurses, while producing high-quality images for radiology reads. Provides basic patient care (e.g., measuring height/weight, vital signs, IV initiation, blood draws) and supports assessments and treatments. Operates radiologic equipment, conducts diagnostic testing per protocol, uploads images for reads, applies proper techniques, and adheres to privacy and security policies. Holds ARRT certification, an AS degree or equivalent, CPR/BLS certification, and an active Texas radiology license; requires at least two years of hospital/ER radiology technologist experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Applied Science or equivalent with diploma/certification from accredited school of Radiology Technologist
- ARRT Certification
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Current license from the Texas Department of State Health Service for Radiology Technologist
- At least Two (2) years experience as a Radiology Technologist at a hospital or emergency room setting
