Job Summary
As a PRN Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) at Allisonville Meadows Assisted Living, you will administer medications and support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being in collaboration with nursing and care teams. You will foster a comforting, engaging atmosphere, promote teamwork, and uphold CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence) in daily resident care. Requires state-approved training in medication administration and an Indiana QMA license. Full-time/part-time benefits apply.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration
- Indiana QMA license
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
