Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist Assistant needed to provide in-home rehabilitation services in Hamilton, OH and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include administering physical modalities (soft tissue massage, electrical muscle stimulation, and ultrasound), developing and implementing physical therapy programs, evaluating patient progress, documenting care, and coordinating with the Physical Therapist and ALF/ILF staff. Must travel to patients’ homes for in-home visits; requires Associate Degree, active Ohio PTA license, valid driver's license with insurance, CPR certification, and TB test. Flexible scheduling; mileage reimbursement available; benefits via employer.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Science or Applied Science from an Accredited Institution
- Active PTA License in the state of Ohio
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation with automobile insurance
- Possess & maintain a current CPR certification
- Recent TB Test
