Job Summary
Psych RN provides direct psychiatric nursing care within a multidisciplinary team to deliver outcome-based treatment. Responsibilities include supervising medication schedules, evaluating patient progress based on behavioral changes, monitoring and recording results of medications and treatments, and assisting patients in improving coping abilities. The role requires responding to distressed patients and educating patients and families on symptomology, treatment, and discharge instructions. Shift: PM, 7p-7a. Location: Mannford, OK.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in the state of Oklahoma
- Psychiatric nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification preferred
