Job Summary
Provide direct psychiatric nursing care within a multidisciplinary team to support outcome-based treatment for patients. Responsibilities include supervising medication schedules and evaluating patient progress based on behavioral changes, monitoring and recording results of medications and treatments, and assisting patients in improving coping abilities. The RN responds to distressed patients and educates patients and family members on symptomology, treatment, and discharge instructions. Shift: 5p-5a.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in psychiatry or mental health
